Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: October 21, 2026
What “sell” and “share” mean here
We do not sell personal information for money. But some state privacy laws, including California’s, define “sale” and “sharing” broadly. “Sharing” means making personal information available to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, which is advertising based on your activity across different websites.
Our use of advertising and measurement technologies may count as a sale or as sharing under these laws. The information involved can include your IP address, cookie and other online identifiers, click identifiers and details about how you interact with our pages and ads.
How to opt out
- Use our privacy choices tool, when it is available. Open Cookie settings in the footer and turn off Advertising and Measurement.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where technically supported, we honor the GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for the browser where it is turned on.
- Email us. Write to privacy@everydayinsightpost.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” and tell us that you want to opt out.
Cookies belong to a browser, not to a person, so you may need to repeat your opt-out on each browser or device you use. We act on opt-out requests no later than 15 business days after we receive them. You do not need to create an account.
What happens after you opt out
- We stop selling or sharing the personal information covered by your request.
- Where our tools support it, we turn off advertising pixels and advertising partner tags for your browser.
- You will still see ads on the Site. An opt-out does not remove advertising; it limits the use of your personal information to target it.
- We may still collect limited information for purposes the law allows without your consent, such as operating and protecting the Site, counting visits and fixing errors.
- Your choice stays in effect until you change it, and using this right does not affect your access to the Site.
Opt-out tools from the advertising industry
You can also opt out of interest-based ads through advertising-industry opt-out tools. They work for one browser or device at a time and depend on cookies, so deleting your cookies may undo them.
Other privacy rights
To ask what personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete or correct it, write to privacy@everydayinsightpost.com. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
