Corrections Log

The log
As of October 21, 2026, the log is empty. When an entry is added, it goes at the top and names the date, the piece, what was wrong and what changed.
Spotted something?
Send a note to contact@everydayinsightpost.com with “Correction” in the subject line, or use the Contact page. It helps to include:
- the address of the piece
- the sentence that looks off
- the agency page that says something different, if one exists
How a report is handled
- A reply confirms the note arrived.
- The editors compare the sentence with the cited pages and with any newer agency guidance.
- The reader hears the outcome once that check is done. A slow check gets a message saying so.
- If the note is right, the piece is changed, dated and logged here. If not, the reply explains and points to the sources.
Entry types
- Correction: a factual error, now fixed.
- Clarification: a passage reworded because it could be misread.
- Update: newer guidance, added.
Typos and spacing are fixed without a note. The broader rules are in the Editorial Principles.
